By entering into this “Josh Gracin Christmas” Sweepstakes, I accept the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Eligibility: Win 1 of 12 surprises daily (the “Josh Gracin Christmas Sweepstakes”) is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and lives within the continental United States and has a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, and directors are not eligible to enter.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, (a) these Official Rules and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entry Period: The Josh Gracin Christmas Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 pm CST on 12/13/2017 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Josh Gracin Christmas Sweepstakes. The Josh Gracin Christmas Sweepstakes Sweepstakes will end on 12/25/2017 at 12:00am.
How to Enter:
An entry is the completion of the designated action on the specified platform and/or post.
Drawing: After the Entry Period, on or about 12/26/2017, Josh Gracin will select 12 potential winners in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Creating multiple accounts to enter is prohibited.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners and Prize: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners on 12/26 via public post on Josh Gracin’s social media and a direct message to each winner via the social platform they were selected from. If a potential winner does not respond with shipping information within seven (7) business days after the notice is sent, the Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received. Only one (1) alternate potential winner may be contacted. Winners can expect their prizes 45 business days from 12/26.
